Encouraging Your Assessors to Use Open Questions when Assessing

When training your people in how to assess, they need to know your assessment process and paperwork, and their roles and responsibilities.
They also need to be comfortable with some of the softer skills.

One in particular, is the benefits of using open questions and how to use them.

This will make the assessment process much more robust and worthwhile.
