ILM Level 2 Leadership and Team Skills
INTRODUCTION TO THE ILM LEVEL 2 AWARD IN LEADERSHIP AND TEAM SKILLS
This award is aimed at new supervisors and there are a wide range of units available for the ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership and Team Skills.
This training course focuses on practical leadership and team skills.
CHOOSING THE RIGHT DELIVERY METHOD FOR YOUR LEARNERS
Focusing on the workshop approach, this training would be carried out in a two day interactive and hands-on workshop.
Only two units need to be selected for the award.
Based on our experience of working with team leaders and supervisors, we recommend you select from the following units:
Once your supervisor has completed the learning, they will have to complete assignments back in their workplace. Polaris Learning will support them in completing these assignments and feedback on their work.
Please note, the learner only needs to complete two units and two assignments in order to complete the qualification.
We suggest that the choice of the units for the Level 2 Award focuses on the supervision of people and this is reflected in our list of suggested units below:
We allocate each learner a Polaris Learning consultant who works closely with the learner.
We build in a series of live webinars or on demand webinars to support the learning process. Client reporting is built in as standard so you can keep track of progress.
The duration of the programme can be organised to suit your requirements and we can facilitate the completion of this over a short or longer period of time.
We can also offer a combination of face to face, online and webinar support through blended learning and this can be tailored to meet your requirements.
