Leadership Development Programme – Quartzelec
Day two of workshops as part of the Quartzelec Leadership Development programme delivered through blended learning. Team members from Aberdeen and Rugby met at the Quartzelec HQ in Rugby to look at coaching and time management leadership skills as well as their group work on leading change projects within the organisation. We kicked off the leadership development programme with insights for each team member from the Strength Deployment Inventory and we are using the findings at the core of the programme. To help embed the learning and make the most of the workshops, they have also been working on online modules linked to the workshop topics.
