We have been working with this client since 1998, and we continue to support a wide range of development for the employees within the airport’s operations.

We have delivered qualifications covering different aspects of training from preparing training programmes, delivering training to groups, one to one training, engaging and supporting learners to delivering Assessor and Internal Verifier qualifications.

And following this, the client requested us to provide a leadership development programme for their supervisors and managers leading to the Leadership & Management Essentials Programme Endorsed by the ILM using face-to-face workshops, online learning and remote support.

The delivery model was to maximise the use of blended learning, including:

  • Pre-course work: SWOT Analysis and case studies, and pre-course reading (offline)
  • Course Delivery: Workshops based on case studies and practical workshops focusing on scenarios
  • Main content: Communication, Coaching, Leadership and Motivation
  • Post course follow up: Selected individuals progressed onto doing Leadership and Management Essentials Endorsed by the ILM online which includes a number of assignments
