    Implementing a large oil & gas service company’s Competency Assurance Process within the completion and production product lines for worldwide regions, and responsible for arranging and delivering internal training courses.

    Coaching assessors to fully understand the requirements of competency processes; reviewing and implementing best practice approaches within an operational environment both onshore and offshore.

    Monitoring the quality of assessments and supporting evidence ensuring they meet the performance criteria within a global standard.

    Development and delivery of training course materials i.e. Behavioural Safety (SafeStart), Local Business Unit Trainer for the Enterprise Excellence Policy, Train the Trainer, Root Cause Analysis and all other relevant courses applicable to offshore such as minimum standards (MIST), British Safety Council Level 2 Risk Assessment, Level 2 COSHH Assessor, Level 2 Supervising Safety and Level 1 Health and Safety, Influential Presentations.

    Monitor risk assessments, chemical registers and permit to work system within a Quality Management System and advise as necessary, provide support during accident investigations.

    Delivering industry wide standards such as OPITO BOSIET, Modules 1, 2, 3, Tropical BOSIET, FOET, OLF, Providing Rescue Diving support for various pool drills. Developing and instructing offshore courses and specific client requirements including Manual Handling, COSHH, RIDDOR, PUWER, Safety Observations, Risk Assessment, LOLER, Ergonomics, ECITB, Client/Contractor National Safety Group Safety Passport and Minimum Standards for BP/SHELL.

    Regularly travelling offshore delivering client specific requirements. Providing dive support during pool drills with and without scuba.
